Are you ready to take the lead in shaping NORR’s design universe? We’re on the lookout for a passionate and experienced Designer to drive our creative direction and ensure that every collection reflects NORR’s signature identity. Your Role

As our Designer, you'll hold a key strategic position, where you'll be responsible for:

• Leading the creative vision: Defining the design direction and ensuring each collection aligns with NORR’s brand identity and resonates with our customers.
• Driving the design process: Managing the entire journey from concept development to final production.
• Collaborating cross-functionally: Working closely with Buying, Marketing, and Sales to create cohesive collections.
• Staying ahead: Keeping up with fashion trends, consumer insights, and industry innovations.

Your Profile

To succeed in this role, you’re a proactive and detail-oriented designer with a passion for fashion and a drive to take ownership. You thrive both independently and as part of a team.

We’re looking for someone with:

• A degree in Fashion Design.
• At least 5 years of design experience.
• Strong knowledge of international fashion, consumer behavior, and brand positioning.
• A structured yet flexible mindset.
• Proficiency in Illustrator, Microsoft Office, and other relevant design tools.
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
